  We would like to explain how our food is prepared FRESH daily in the BBQ PIT located at the side of our building. Our cook arrives bright and early every morning, builds a large bed of coals from selected hard woods and carefully attends to the meats all day long. Only when the meats are tender and succulent and meet his expert approval, does he remove them from their delicate flame into the restaurants kitchen to be prepared especially for you. The pinkish color of our meats attest to the fine art of cooking oven an open fire. Just a note explaining our ribs.
The Yankee Smokehouse serves two types of smoked BBQ ribs.

The Smokehouse Ribs, which we are famous for, are large pork spare ribs, specially ordered from the mid-west and are of the finest quality available.
